So far this seems like a very well made chainsaw. I like how easy and simple it is to start. It does seem to go through a lot of gas, and chain oil. The included mixing bottle is not very good. When you shake it, gas goes everywhere.
The manual says to mix the gas during the break in period 20:1, and use 10w30 for the chain oil. There is a small screw on the saw, which you use to adjust the amount of oil the saw uses to lubricate the chain. Depending on the type of wood you are cutting, you can adjust it accordingly. I did find out that after using it a few times the chain started to become a little loose, but I adjusted it and its fine now. Stretching of the new chain is normal.
The saw was fairly simple to setup, and the included tool bag is nice. This saw has plenty of power to cut through the hardest of woods. I have not had to sharpen the chain even after cutting through oak logs for hours. The saw is also VERY loud, almost twice as loud as my Stihl saw.
Overall, its seems to be well made and reliable.
